The monk job questline's NPC Erik, when prompted to speak about "The pirate One-eyed Wylfred".

Erik: But Wylfred would not heed their counsel, proclaiming instead that in Keltlach he had at long last found his missing right eye. He then named Keltlach his second-in-command and placed a not significant number of vessels under his charge.
