Battle Regimens: creating tactics in battle (repost)

Allow Spells to be combined via battle regimen to create larger spells
Blizzard + Blizzard = Blizzara (huge ice spells)
or
Poison + Water = acid rain (DoT + Def Down)

Thats the part I found the most interesting... thats a REALLY cool idea
but honestly, we can all agree that without knowing how they intend to change the battle system, there is no way to determine how BR should be implemented... although however they do it, I like this idea.... if it is incorporated into the new system, that would be awesome
