Error Code 90002 followed by 2002

Why can't SE get their act togethere as far as these connection issues? Yesterday I was disconnected three of four times in a hour by the above error codes plus 90003 and 90005. Today I was disconnected because of the above titled error error codes as well as the entire population of Goblin. I know you are going to say "it's my computer's fault" or "it's your ISP's fault. That's no excuse; you are avoiding your responsibility of providing a workable connection to the game. Maybe your equipment is junk, maybe the people that work for you are incompetent, I don't know, all I know is that of all the MMOs I have played, this game is the absolutely worst as far as stable connectivity.
