Regarding The TT card For Varis...Bugged, or Unlucky?

EDIT: I GOT THE CARD!!!! :-D and it only took 125 totems.

Hello! Very new to the forums so i apologize if this is the wrong place to put something like this.
While waiting for endwalker, I decided to try and get all the TT cards. I unlocked/cleared memoria for the first time, and I got the card! And promptly threw it out by mistake because im not very smart .-.
I've run the trial about 50+ or so times since, and haven't seen it once.
I know it's possible to get duplicates, but I'm afraid i somehow bugged my game by tossing the initial card.
As far as I know, there's no other way to get this card other than Memoria Misera ex, and you can't even buy it with totems either, which blows.
Is the drop late MEGA low, or did i possibly screw up my game?
