Just make it official and fire him and give Thubyrgeim the promotion she clearly deserves, she's a better rep for the guild anyway since she actually appears in MSQ.
I'd def like to see Thubyrgeim get a promotion. Maybe what's his face finally comes back long enough to pass leadership to her before running off again.
