She was captured, but her ultimate fate was never revealed. I mean poaching in Gridania usually means death, but unless there's an explicit mention somewhere of her execution, it's left up in the air. I'm kind of hoping she'll have some tie with Keeper lore - which is probably going to go all wacky with the WoL going to the moon. All the other antagonists, such as Foulques or Theobald (MNK 70 antagonist) are explicitly shown or mentioned later to have died.
