NPC recognition in Endwalker

Furthermore I think there is a lot of opportunity for NPC's from the Bozjan storyline to be involved in EW as well, such as Lyon or Pagaga.

Pagaga maybe, since she seemed a bit of a fan favourite while not having any strong storyline or plot attached to her (unless I've perpetually missed a final skirmish involving her).

Though one character I saw suggested somewhere, that would easily make the jump, is the "evil scientist" guy who keeps thanking us for helping him field test his creations. We never actually see him and he'd be so easily introduced to non-Bozja-players as just that stereotype.

Both of them are probably off the table. Sicinius got handed over to the reformed Dalmascan government by a disguised Lyon and Pagaga was with him at the time. Also, we actually do see Sicinius, just only briefly a couple of times (presumably his picture is not in the field notes because they don't 100% know what he looks like).

I'm still waiting for the Arcanist guildmaster K'hrid Tia to make his reappearance. Given he's renowned for the accuracy of his predictions and the last thing he said to us before walking out of the game for 8 years and counting is "we'll meet again, I'm 100% certain of it" he's long overdue a return and the end of days is as good an excuse as any.

That character was so annoying, I'm glad they never return to him. He's hardly even an actual guildmaster since he's quite literally never at his actual job. Just make it official and fire him and give Thubyrgeim the promotion she clearly deserves, she's a better rep for the guild anyway since she actually appears in MSQ.

I'd def like to see Thubyrgeim get a promotion. Maybe what's his face finally comes back long enough to pass leadership to her before running off again.
