    Full Activation Code not Received

    I don\\'t even have a space that says "Your Activation Key".

    I purchased the digital collector\\'s edition and allowed the debit back in May. I got an email yesterday(Friday) saying "Your unlock code is ready" and was greeted with only the early access code. There isn\\'t even room text/space for the full access code. And I know what that space looks like because I also bought the standard edition for my wife and I did get both codes which were validated with no issue.

    I sent a ticket, but haven\\'t heard anything in over 12 hrs. Someone else with a similar issue hasn\\'t heard anything for 28hrs. Anyone here has a similar issue?

    After 40+hrs.(and counting) of radio silence from square enix customer service, I received my full access code. Just in time for the work week to begin :/

    Despite having no real answer for why this happened, I suppose this thread can be locked.
