If you were unable to activate a cooldown in the brief time it took for you to die, then how would the healer be expected to heal in that time as well? Looking at your gear, you seem to be very under-geared and it seems like you might have been able to scoot along before, but now that you're at the level 69 dungeon things got real and now the mobs are able to hit you much harder. The tank shouldn't be taking that much damage that fast from that tiny number of mobs. You may want to update your gear on your GNB and try again.

For example, the body piece you're wearing has 474 defense on it. If you were up-to-date on your gear, your body piece could have 804 defense. That's a 330 defense loss from just 1 piece of equipment. Fully updating everything including your accessories will give you the defense and HP needed to complete the dungeon smoother.

Ive done it before with no issues. I wont disagree about my gear. Im not asking for a carry. Im saying that after communicating i needed heals, i never got them. they wished to argue and ended the encounter.

Like look, im going to lose sleep over it as ive completed it with others. I just wanted to share how unreasonable people can be. Though it is rare. Im about to hit 70 today and i have the Ilvl 400 Bought and waiting. Im halfway.

As a healer main who's instinctually drawn to charity case tanks, I'm immediately drawn to you (which is not a good thing).
While you're not directly asking for a carry, you're technically demanding it by choosing not to prepare for your encounters (your gear is very insufficient), not taking the initiative to use CDs prior to taking the lethal 2 seconds of damage from the small group of 3 enemies running up to play patty-cake against your moth-eaten chest, and then trying to push the blame onto the healer for not spending every cooldown, and off-globals, using their strongest potency heals to keep you standing there until you decide "it's time to do something about it." Most healers are actually too polite to say anything when a tank is not pulling their weight, and will generally just deal with you while justifying it by saying "at least now I get to use my full kit" but it's absolutely not wrong for someone to expect you to be able to hold your own and votekick you if they don't believe you can.

You definitely did share how unreasonable people can be, but it's not looking the way you wanted it to.
