Baffling behavior

I've read the OP's post twice now and still don't understand the point they're trying to make.

Regarding the first death, the group takes the majority of the blame for not paying attention and realizing the tank has stopped, and if they went ahead and pulled the next pack, they could have just brought it back to the tank, although OP also fails his perception check (for my fellow D&D nerds out there) and could have just as easily followed the group that clearly ran ahead rather than stay back to sulk and die. Sounds like it was just a big misunderstanding though with no real harm done, so let's move on to the confusing part.

So we're doing single pulls, fighting 3 mobs, and the healer is DPSing. This seems to boggles OP's mind despite being completely normal behavior. Very little healing should be needed when doing single pulls, so you bet your shiny tank bum the healer is going to help dps the mobs down. If you want your healer to focus primarily on healing, give them something to heal and do bigger pulls.

So the tank, at this point, begins berating the healer and then the 2 DPS die? On a single pull of 3 mobs? How?! Did you not have aggro anymore? Even then, I doubt it would have been enough to kill both the DPS before either you or the healer can react. Did you die? If so..
How?! It's a 3 mob pull, they should have died before you even take enough damage to bite the dust, especially with the healer DPSing. Something doesn't add up here.

Mind you, it wasnt 3 mobs or groups. It was 3 dudes. Not 3 sets of 3 or 4 guys. Just 3. In the span of 2 seconds, my life gets melted, healer was just negligent. Im glad im not crazy and many others here understand that healers can just be bad.

That just sounds like a story for the dutyfinder venting thread. Just forget it and move on.
On a side note:

If you die within "2 seconds" as you phrase it then you might wanna upgrade/change your gear. Leveling dungeons hit a lot harder. Looking at your lodestone profil you are still wearing the GNB starter set and some Mnd and Dex on the right side. Mind and Dex are NOT tank stats.

The only baffling behavior here is you going into a level 69 dungeon wearing trash gear, getting mad because the rest of the party rightfully gave you the boot, then coming to the OF to seek pity points from people that don't even know the other side's story. Then you have the gall to attack every point that doesn't agree with you?

Nope you are the bad one here. Sounds like very bad gear. No tank in level appropriate gear will ever die that fast to a single pack. Just like I said before for emphasis lets point out that you say you dont have time to use a ogcd mitigation, but expect the healer to be psychic and realize that you are so trash geared that you are going to be deleted by a single pack in 2 seconds. GG for being the worst tank I have ever heard of in 8 years.

Hiya, I hate to dogpile in on this, but if a single mob pack of 3 mobs killed you in 2 seconds then the problem squarely lays with you, or rather your gear.

Granted I suspect 2 seconds is likely somewhat of an exaggeration but still, yeah you probably need to go buy some vendor or AH gear to bolster up your HP a bit.

I just thought of something funny while reading your post and thinking about this whole item level meme.

Have you ever healed a tank in Satasha with a majority of their gear being emperor's new armor? A single instance of damage from a single pack takes them down to 40-30% hp.
