Baffling behavior

I came back and saw some petty users here misrepresenting what had happened and commented on it.

Misrepresenting eh? Let's see now...

I told you on both encounters, I began by using the AOE attack as my tank class. Before I could mitigate damage and or attack again I was killed. I saw the healer not heal at all.

You have to put yourself in the situation. The first mob running in with an attack and before you even can do the next action, you die because you took a lot of damage. You're going to sit there and say "well how come you didn't react within a half press of a button?"

You didnt read the many times i clarified the situation. This situation happened in the span of 2 seconds. A half button press and stubborn team mates.

Mind you, it wasnt 3 mobs or groups. It was 3 dudes. Not 3 sets of 3 or 4 guys. Just 3. In the span of 2 seconds, my life gets melted, healer was just negligent. Im glad im not crazy and many others here understand that healers can just be bad.

Ok cool. We're certain you died in 2 seconds. Basically a GCD.

You don't think it's reasonable to expect you to have gotten an instant cast oGCD cooldown off but you expect some random duty roulette healer to not only be able to react in time, but also manage to stop moving and fire off a 2 second cast heal in the same timeframe?

Let's get real here. This whole situation happened within like 2 minutes.

Riddle me this, doesn't 5 minutes have to have passed within the duty before anyone can initiate a vote kick? By all means correct me if I'm wrong on this one.

this is one of those "you had to be there" sort of moments. I've been on both sides of this and maybe if I was more vocal about this, I'd have joined the forums years ago. This stuff happens. There's nothing I need to learn about what I need to do as I am doing it. We all get a spot of trouble, rare, I'm sure but it happens.

If you're not interested in learning pointers to help make tanking these dungeons smoother with the inevitable sleepy/afk healer, then at least consider not leaning so heavily on hyperbole and exaggerations to get your point across. This should have been another footnote in the tales from the DF thread, instead you ballooned it into some ugly monstrosity with your claims.
