The two dyeable wedding dresses available as part of the paid Ceremony of Eternal Bonding are exactly what you're after. But you need to have your character marry another player's (and to pay for the premium gold or platinum plans) in order to gain those, as the default free wedding dress is undeyable.

Also there is the Fairy Tale Princess Dress, and the Majestic Dress on the Mogstation too but again they are not free (and only the Fairy Tale Princess Dress is dyeable).

Failing that, there are a couple of gowns you can use that are dyeable to an extent - the Spring Dress and Spring Skirt are dyeable and are crafted, but dyeing the bodice only changes the colour of the neckline and hem with the rest remaining white, although the skirt is fully dyeable. The shoes that go with this dress are flats too (I use both parts for different glamours - the skirt is part of my PLD glamour and the body my GNB glam).

There's also the High Houses' Bustle dress, although a significant portion of that remains black, and the Ishgardian Gown, which alas also has significant portions that remain a default colour (namely the burgundy neckline and underskirt).

Two other dresses that have large ball-style skirts but are more 'common' in appearence (as in, old fashioned day wear) but might still work are the Riveria Dress and the Thavnarian Wool Autumn Dress, and yes, both are dyeable (the former though only the skirt changes colour and not the bodice).

For shoes the Bridesmaid's Sandals are pretty much exactly what you're after.
