The thing I am observing here is people mixing up the difference with being frustrated with a thing verses a person. There is very much a difference with saying 'OMFG we just wiped again WTF f@#$f@#$ then someone saying 'OMFG Timmy YOU WTF wiped us again f@#$F@#$ moron! There is very much a difference there. The first statement anyone would know the person is frustrated with the situation, the second is a insulting diatribe directed at Timmy who is probably feeling like they are now a inch high. It's okay to be frustrated it's not okay to turn Timmy into a punching bag. The rules are fine, just don't turn your fellow players into punching bags. You can explain to Timmy calmly or kick Timmy from the group or you can just leave the situation yourself. Controling one's self is a learned behavior otherwise emotionally people would all act like two year olds having tantrums. You are being asked by the rules to act maturely.

So timmy can ruin 7 others ppl experience alone and no one can say it ?
Seems legit, better save timmy feelings over 7 ppl sanity.

You absolutely misses what I said about talking to Timmy calmly and you are assuming Timmy is doing it on purpose. Please read everything because you are missing the point.

If you're constantly a burden to everyone else doing it on purpose or not do not matter, if you got any sense of decency you would realise that yourself and remove yourself from it and come back when you can bring more to the table than ruining the thing alone.
But since ppl do not care about being burden or dead weights and will stay even if they're the only problem here it's not surprising that at one point timmy becomes the punching bag and i can't say he did not deserve it at some point.
And you can be the kindest person on this planet, timmy wont miraculously learn this by your words alone. I guess it do happens, but it's way too rare in this game to even waste time doing it for every timmy each single time.
But i like the jp way tho and how they deal with it, just disband blacklist the guy and creat another one, at least timmy feelings are safe.

Yes those are the rules i've never denied it, being rules doesn't mean it's a good thing either and it's clearly rules that i will respect in game no problem with that.
That being said i do just believe that making rules such as "you can ruin 7 ppl experience and they can't say anything to you" is a stupid rule and i stand by it.

I understand your point of view but honestly you picked out one thing in the post I made and also you made an assumption about Timmy and you never addressed the whole point of my post. So with that said I will let you continue your conversation with with others GL in game.

I did get your point and i'm ok with most of it but the point i made with the rule.
