Assuming they even WANT to "solve" conflicts in the first place. It's usually used to egg people on to engage more because it annoys them.
I literally got told "shut up Karen" because i told people in Ridorana what to do because it was a mess and my add got taken from me and no add was tanked where it was supposed to.

They want conflict, not solve it. They want you to become angry and say stuff that could get you banned sometimes. Best to not engage in the first place with those.
