The entire point of roulettes and WT are to keep dead content alive. Also relics, come to think of it.

CT is not going to be affected by the stat squish at all. The stat squish has no effect on ARR content. It doesn't kick in until HW. I also have vague memories that when the expansion after EW hits, EW's stats will get squished, but I am not willing to listen through the presentations again to confirm that.

How about not running dun scaith then?
When I get Palace of the Dead in WT I tend to run only that since I have the shadowbringer relic quest active as an example.
You pick what you want to do and refilling your 9 chances etc is easy enough.
(I have been doing PotD and Brute Justice spam just for the card and almost every run I get new people so it is free tomes and chances bonus)
But ... but 9 times out of 10 there are nine easily soloable duties in the Wandering Tails? Why bother with something you have to queue for?
If you don't like a certain tail slot, you can always reset something more convenient for you after you've done every other slot you want. Normal Raid roulette is a good way to fish extra points for reset/shuffle.
Do you understand why content needs to be incentivised? That's the problem, though. ST and LoTA are too convenient. There's literally no appetite or incentive to do anything else totl the near complete-detriment of the other raids.
WT isn't enough to keep this content alive. At most it's an inconvenience to players unlucky enough to get them each week.

Im glad I get Dun Scaith from time to time, I start to feel physically sick each time I see CT in the roulette, At this point, I did CT thousand of times since it came out...
I honestly wish, we would get more Rabanstre, Ridorana and Orbonne, I rather wipe for 3 hours on those with new people than do CT again.
