DNC, RDM, MCH pretty much.

Now, you already mentioned DNC and RDM, so where MCH stands out is that it's rotation is completely static. No procs (the flashing skills that pop up sometimes on DNC for example), no DoT to maintain, pretty decently forgiving of drift too.
