Needs to be changed at the very least for floors 41-50 so that teams are matched with more appropriate classes. I've had 9, count them 9 teams of all DPS with no heals and have had all 9 teams utterly fail to clear the run thus resulting in giant wastes of time because you get screwed out of XP if you don't clear. There needs to be at least 1 healer in each team, and yes I'm aware this would mean higher Q times, but rather that then wasted runs.

you don't need healer in potd,
you might need better aethergear but healers are not necessary since this mode can be solo'd
Edda only tough if people keep standing in AOEs because they make her stronger.

The random party composition in POTD is a working as intended feature. You can pre form parties or partyfinder groups and also Discord has POTD groups who organize runs for those who like to choose their specific party role formats.

I've not gone beyond the farm floors in both PotD/HoH but I can safely say Healers are redundant below and at the farm floors, that slot is much better used by a DPS or even just a Tank who knows what he's doing and can pull everything into one room for a meltfest

I doubt no healing is the actual issue here, just do the mechanics and you can easily clear it with 4 DPS and no healer, if you aren't sure if your current party knows the few different mechanics then just take 5 seconds to explain them, no more is needed if they have atleast half a brain

Now, granted, this is anecdotal on my behalf, I do think there needs to be an adjustment made somewhere. I was in a run of 41-50 last night with two heal bots, and with the combined effort of me and the rogue of the party, we wiped to Edda's enrage. This is the one piece of "casual content" where time and effort just absolutely get dumped on if you fail. Proposed solutions are: either keep some of the loot/arm level/armor level even if you wipe, some exp for at least trying (maybe make it per floor?), either no or more generous enrages, or stricter algorithms for matching. I won't lie, man, I was fuming last night.

And, yes, it's doable solo. But solo, you're at least going in knowing who's time you might be wasting if all you want to do is heal.
