Just cameback from a long break, please enlighten me.

after a half year break, I'm gonna comeback to XIV after 2.0 release.

and I have a lot of questions here:

1. will everything reset once 2.0 start?
2. will I be able to move to another server when 2.0 comes?
3. is the job system implemented yet? how to change job?
4. which is the most popular server at this moment?
5. is Ragnarok a good world? is it popular? does it has good community compare to the others?

1) no is been stated many time by yoship himself it will not be reseted.
2) maybe further after 2.0 but im not sure only yoshi can answer this when.
3) yes we are now patch 1.22, job was introduce since patch 1.21.

I apologize if this is in a wrong forum.

1. Players will keep their characters for 2.0 although there will be new worlds created so that incoming new players from PS3 and the like can have a fresh server to play on.

2. We already had a server merger a couple months ago. 2 servers merged into 1 in order to increase player population. At this time players were given an option to choose a server if they so wanted to move off of their current server. I doubt there will be another server switch opportunity for some time and highly unlikely this will happen post 2.0 since that would undermine the making of new servers for new players.

3. Jobs have been around since patch 1.21, we are currently in 1.22. 1.22a coming in a few days. Jobs are used by equipping a Job Stone in the job stone equip slot above weapon. This Job Stone is obtained by a quest which is followed up by a series of quests that unlock your new job's spells and abilities as well as rewarding the player with AF gear job specific and all..

4. Seems like all servers are packed since the merger happened. Yoshi P mentioned 4,000 players on one server at once during JP peak time or something, so I'd like to believe there are at least 10,000 highly active players per server for a total of 100,000 players throughout all servers.

5. I have no idea about Ragnarok, but Sargatanas is full.
