Vote kick should tell you the reason why you were removed and some feedback

(Apologies if the reason can in fact be seen, however after observing the chat log we couldn't see anything)

I'm sure there will be others who disagree however I am of the opinion that if you are dismissed from a duty you should be told why. I (astrologian) was running the twinning with my friend (dancer) the other day. It was her first time in the dungeon and it appeared to be going well with no deaths.

However, upon killing the first boss without a word from the other two party members she was removed from the party with no explanation whatsoever. She used all of her skills properly and made the best effort to both pay attention to and learn the mechanics of the boss. Again, we had no deaths and I had no issues healing despite some minor mistakes (which these other 2 players also made).

We did think back and try to reflect on potential reasons for the kick, however with nothing in particular standing out and without being communicated a reason we had no choice but to assume malicious intent and submitted a report.

One could argue that it is the responsibility of the player to communicate, however there should be a system to at the very least show the removed player which of the dismissal options were selected so that they at least have some idea as to why they were potentially removed. (again apologies if I didn't notice that it has already been implemented in some way)

Additionally, I would like to see some more comprehensive options when reporting. Perhaps a text box allowing for a more specific reason and some more comprehensive feedback provided to the removed player. (Of course, these may also be open to abuse and would need to be factored into the TOS to ensure that the feedback is more on the constructive and polite side)
