Dx11 errors and crashes

Hello! Recently, (within the last few weeks) I have been getting frequent dx11 errors and random crashes within 2 minutes of logging in with my character. I'm not entirely sure what could have cause this, but I see that I'm not entirely alone with this issue. Any known fixes?

PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
16 GB RAM

Have the same problems. I am using a Ryzen 5800x /rx 6700xt Nitro and 32gb of ram. Direct x 11 is my main issues atm. At first i thought i fix the damn thing when i did not OC my GPU. I think a month after it came back sigh. Dunno if the FF14 game does not like AMD products. I really need a fix for this before End walker comes out

I'm seeing DX crashes as well. I'm detecting no pattern, except it's usually right after running the game for some time.

RX 5700 XT
AMD 3900X
32 GB RAM

Is there like an older version of Radeon software I should be using?

I got a response from the tech team of this game. They told me to lower my refresh rate of my monitor to 90, and my monitor has 200hrz lol. Also on the radeon settings on the GPU lower fps to 90 as well. Gonna try this and let you know. Hope this works for you guys as well

Hi, I'm also posting to try get some help. I have the same issue. I am consistently getting dirext x 11 errors 100000000002 or whatever the long string is - It doesn't matter what i'm doing, I could be relaxing in my fc house, in a duty, in a city, out in the middle of nowhere in a zone, and I will randomly get the error. Some days I go without one, but other days I get multiple in a day. Today I have had 6. I have done everything google has suggested, reinstall drivers, underclock my gpu, reinstall ffxiv, turn off windows game mode, play in full screen, play in borderless widowed, change my fps from uncapped to capped. change from capped to uncapped. You name it, i've tried it. It's driving me absolutely mental, the only game that I have this issue with, is FFXIV. No other games, or programs cause this error. Please. I beg. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
