Only two issues I have are Death's Design and positionals. I hate maintenance buffs where we have to stop the flow of gameplay to reapply it, there was a reason why they got rid of Heavy Thrust on Dragoon after all. Maintenance buffs are bad design, the only job that does them well is Samurai because it's baked in to their base rotation and as long as you're doing rotation correctly your buffs will always be up.
I'm probably in the minority but I like maintenance buffs and debuffs. I don't see them as interrupting the flow so much as having to figure out how to use them so the rest of the kit flows around them which makes it more satisfying when done well. If you don't know what you're doing or forget about it then yeah it's gonna feel bad. Have to make sure it's up and will last long enough for burst windows then reapply outside those windows, getting the timing down (which isn't difficult at all it's just something to be aware of) makes it fun imo plus it breaks up the monotonous 1-2-3 combo 'cause that's all you'd be doing otherwise.

I feel l ike Harvest Moon, keep it as is or change it doesn't matter. Needs to be better incorporated into the job.
Nothing wrong with niche abilities, not every single button needs to have a fixed place in your rotation. It's something to do when you can't attack anything. I love these kind of things, FFXIV could use more. I do think the damaging portion would be better as an ogcd though.
