Bought Crysta items, but they are nowhere to be found in-game.

So to start, this is the first time I've ever bought Crysta items in my 8 years playing this game.


I bought Edda's Costume Set, a bunch of emotes, and 4x Pure White Dyes. When I logged on to the game, the system informed me that I have items in the mail.



I then went to the Delivery Moogle to redeem all my items... and all the Moogle gave me were the 4x white dyes. It said something along the lines of "Your mailbox is full, so you can't receive new items."


So I cleared my mailbox, requested a delivery over and over, and even logged off and re-logged on. Nothing. My costumes and emotes are nowhere to be found.


Just what exactly is going on here? Did Square just steal my money? I've even tried relogging to Mogstation to see if there's a way to resend purchased items, but nothing. Why does the Crysta shop system have to be this janky? If I don't get the rest of my items, this will be the last time I'm ever buying anything from that damn shop.

It happens sometimes i had the same problem with my alts, i got 20 mails right at the start and it's full even if i dont have every items yet.
If you claimed those it should be avalaible in few hours and worse case 1 day max from what i've seen, if it takes longer than that try to mail the support.

The game and the shop are two separated systems. And they do not exchange the data very often. I guess one time per day or so. So it can happen that you will get your items next day.

So an update: I finally got all the missing items, but only like 30 minutes after I sent a report to the in-game support desk. But at least that seemed to work, I guess.


Note to self: empty the mailbox next time before buying anything from Mogstation, because having a full mailbox glitches out the cash shop for some reason.
