I've tested DXVK and for RTX 3070 it stutters like crazy, for few other systems it doesn't really improve things... as FF14 can already use multiple cores it will be super setup specific (CPU + GPU):

Somewhat beneficial for devs would be option to use Radeon GPU Profiler with this
