    Purchased Wrong Expansion

Hi, I'm a new player (max level 32 via Main Story) and it looks like I purchased the wrong expansion. I bought the "Complete" game which included Shadowbringers expansion because I thought I had to in order to purchase Endwalker. Now that Endwalker is out, I noticed it included my purchase of Shadowbringers. I tried to refund the purchase but it says I have too much game time, even though I haven't used Shadowbringers at all (I'm only level 32).

Anyone have any ideas? It isnt letting me contact customer support because it says I have too much game time (30 hours).

When did you get that complete edition... was Endalker a separate purchase?

I bought FFXIV online Starter Edition through Steam, I bought the "complete" Collector's Edition of Endwalker (that had the Pre-Purchase Bonus Content as well) that included Shadowbringers DLC as part of the bundle. You just got what you paid for in the Complete edition. If you're using Steam, you should be seeing a list of the CD keys for the game; it's ok if you see 4 of them because the Collector's Edition and the Pre-Purchase come up as 2 separate "games" in addition to the Starter Edition (trial) and Shadowbringers.

If you still think you're having issues, head over to the MogStation and hit up their Support section. Like f'real, just google FFXIV MogStation and it'll take ya there! =)
