I've actually never looked for one. I figured how to do these in due time, when editing miscellaneous video material.
(Then again, this is only second one i did, first one being Mr. Yoshi-P slammin' his banhammer a few pages back.)
The process itself is quite simple, but it takes some time and effort. The more you work on a piece, the better it looks. (Then again, it's still going to look "photoshopped", so, it may not be wise to spend a small eternity on a simple joke like this.)
1. I saw the request, and aquired the clip from Youtube (I personally use Opera with Extendtube-script for video downloads)
2. I aquired the headpieces from screenshots in this thread, and cropped out the heads with MS Paint.
3. I added the Youtube clip and cropped images to my video editor (Sony Vegas), snipped a 8-frame loop from the clip and assembled the heads in their starting positions.
4. Worked it by one frame at a time, drinking beer, chuckling at how silly this is, trying to make it look even remotely believable.
5. Finally i converted the finished animation (which was less than a second long) to raw avi, and used VirtualDub to convert it to a looping .gif, aaaaand there's the result. Took me overall couple of hours(?) and a few beers. Beers aren't really necessary, though. Especially if you're underaged -.-'
Of course there's a lot more know-how, especially if you aren't familiar with video editing and editing in general, but Youtube's filled with great tutorials, if you take some time to look around. Just remember to bookmark/like/subscribe the ones you feel helpful, it's always easier to go back looking for specific instructions.
