As we've established, Nekaru basically acts like a child - so this is kinda par for the course. The concept that people watch streamers for the fact they're actually entertaining or enjoyable to watch doesn't exist in their mind; nope, we're all just sucking up and wanting to get e-famous via leeching off their streams. Totally what's going on. /s

That said, it's unfortunate to hear Pekora is getting the same sort of harassment as Asmongold. I don't watch much of Hololive, but a friend does, and their stream culture over in Japan can arguably be worse than NA stream culture at times. To contrast: Silvervale and some of Vshoujo play XIV on stream, as well, but I've not seen nearly as much harassment or incidents like that whenever they're playing. Smaller audience than Hololive, for certain, but still.

Starting to think streamers need to at least take the effort to blur out their character name where possible, even if I know that's hard to do in the middle of an active livestream vs. an edited video.
