Give me dragoon tether as red DPS, don't be lazy and hit the button without targeting someone. Don't be among on the worst, not hitting the button at all.

I've noticed how few dragoons seems to bother with this one and it boggles my mind. I'm always standing relatively close even as a ranged to be within healer's AoE reach and if I see that red tether of DPS goodness, I'll stick to my pew pew buddy like glue. And yet, it so rarely happens that I'll usually insta-comm those who do so long as they're even half decent.

...I wish we could combine our problems to get rid of them. I'd get a buddy who's not running away with my tether and you'd get your buff.
