It only goes to Melee jobs who use their LB without someone telling them to
If none did it then i'll just give it to a good-looking female tank/healer.
If healers/tank did horrible performance then i'll just give it to a completely random dps
If i didn't like the party then nothing is given and I leave at the first moment. Happened few times.
