Mansions are expensive. In real life the most expensive house is the one that has the best location and view, but this is not the case in the game.
In Lavender Beds out of the 3 Mansions only 1 has a good location and view (the one at the topmost), 1 that has a good location in a separate island hill crossing a bridge but not only is it looking AWAY from the nearby waterfall but also is surrounded with tree bark walls that obstruct the view, and 1 that is awkwardly in the middle looking towards nowhere in particular.
In Kugane you have 1 Mansion with a good location and view (the topmost) and then 2 Mansions with good location that are aimed at the wrong direction (the one by the beach is looking AWAY from the beach, and the one on the hill is looking AWAY from the sea)
Mist has 1 Mansion with a good location and view (topmost) and an interesting idea of having 2 Mansions almost side by side in their own personal exclusive area by the pier with no other house nearby...that is completely ruined by having the appartment building for commoners right inbetween of them
And then you have the Goblet, which is already an unfortunate area made worse by 2 of the Mansions seemingly being placed at random amongst the small and medium houses and looking away from the central pool or towards a wall, and 1 Mansion that had a cool idea by being in a separate hill and having a Small house right next to it for "the servants and housekeepers", but it's ruined by the Goblet being surrounded by nothing but an endless abyss.
Changes that should be made:
Kugane is easiest to fix, just rotate the Mansions so they are looking at the right direction
Lavender Beds the Mansion across the bridge needs to be looking towards the waterfall and remove the tree bark walls, and the Mansion in the middle needs to be swapped with the Medium house by the lake.
Mist relocate the appartment building, or switch both Mansions with the 3 small houses by the beach.
Goblet would be the hardest since the entire area needs a visual update to look more like the concept art but alternatively move the 2 randomly placed Mansions closer to the central pool.![]()
