I dont think you can COUNT on it being changed, if you're having difficulties with simple math.

That the raid doesn't let anyone get a chance to read? I don't have issues with the mech and try to explain in ally chat to those who do, but the general raid pace doesn't let someone stop and check those out.

If one lets the members of the raid know they need to do all the beginner mechanics, in /alliance chat, others might slow the pace down.
Otherwise, if they do get separated while doing the beginner mechanics, once the raid has progressed to the next boss, they will be teleported into the arena after 15s.
