started this game a few months before new world came out,

managed to clear most of contents deep dung / raid by myself in 2 months

its really miserable to get people that actually wanna do something and actively doing it.

it literally gives me 5 mins to get a show going in new world despite they don't have party finder system.

With cross server being a thing, you really don't need to be on a particular server. The best data center for clearing content is likely Aether. I see massive amounts of end game content daily in the PF. When i'm on my Crystal alt, all I see is RP ads. I cannot speak for primal where you are currently located.

PF is not casual. You’re looking for a very niche group in a game like this.

Servers aren't going to be a major issue. Hardcore Free Companies, however, will ensure some level of camaraderie with like-minded players on any chosen world.

Pf is for casuals indeed, you dont expect anything from PF and the only thing that works there it's when ppl has already done it.
And to answer your question since no one here would be kind enough ( Raiders got hated a lot tho because tryhard is not fun you know the usual bs ), most stuff go discord for hardcore groups, pf is a joke anyway and you dont want problem with FF XIV ToS so going using discord prevent you from a salty individual reporting you because you told him he's not good enough.
So check out what discord are avalaible about your datacenter, there is a discord for raiders and hardcore stuff for sure.
