So to start, this is the first time I've ever bought Crysta items in my 8 years playing this game.


I bought Edda's Costume Set, a bunch of emotes, and 4x Pure White Dyes. When I logged on to the game, the system informed me that I have items in the mail.



I then went to the Delivery Moogle to redeem all my items... and all the Moogle gave me were the 4x white dyes. It said something along the lines of "Your mailbox is full, so you can't receive new items."


So I cleared my mailbox, requested a delivery over and over, and even logged off and re-logged on. Nothing. My costumes and emotes are nowhere to be found.


Just what exactly is going on here? Did Square just steal my money? I've even tried relogging to Mogstation to see if there's a way to resend purchased items, but nothing. Why does the Crysta shop system have to be this janky? If I don't get the rest of my items, this will be the last time I'm ever buying anything from that damn shop.
