I wish we didn't have to have the items physically to glamour them. A "Sketch Book" where every clothing item we obtained was kept in exquiste detail to use as a glamour later would be awesome. Holding a record of fashion we obtained just makes more sense if we are magically applying the appearance anyway. Its so hard to remember where every item comes from too. Between dungeons, raids, crafted, pvp, seasonal event, purchased items, and tomestone gear it gets out of hand trying to find something you liked but had to discard once before.

seriously how do you end up with more than 200 slots filled?
For glamour chasers such as myself, it is actually very easy to max out, even when optimizing the dresser. By optimize, I mean you don't have anything in there that doesn't need to be. The glamour dresser (for me anyway) exists to be able to give multiple jobs/classes that share gear different appearances, so if a job isn't sharing gear with anyone, there is no point for me to use up valuable dresser slots on those items. I know not everyone will utilize the dresser that way, but it's the way that works best for me.

I even have this whole tier system of value with my glamour choices that is dictated by how difficult it is to obtain the item. You might be thinking Unique/Untradeable or items bought from the cash shop, but this isn't necessarily the case. If it's an item obtained from content I hardly do such as PvP, that will increase its value to me. Even a crafted item that I use a 250-400k dye on will very likely be placed in the glamour dresser. I do have some glamours that I don't plan on ever using, but I keep them because I can no longer obtain that item. Luckily, the devs acknowledge many of those items, and allow them to be able to placed in the armoire.

Some say glamour chasers are rank S players because nothing will stand in the way of their pursuits. They will go into ultimate/savage, PvP, solo all of PoTD, climb any jump puzzle to the top, and even do every single moogle quest to get that item they want.
