I closed the application, checked my network connection on PS4, and everything was working fine. My Internet is running fine on my PC and everything is working here. I managed to get back into the game once, but got disconnected again almost immediately. Once I made it back in, I noticed that two other people had been randomly disconnected as well.
After that, I got disconnected again after reconnecting and then started getting constant lobby connection errors at the loading screens and almost endlessly at the title screen.
I made it back in one last time at the end of the Trinity Avowed fight and nothing fixed itself, so I managed to exit the duty and returned to Gangos where all of the lag issues were still persisting, and then I cast return to go back to Ishgard where the problems still persisted.
I'm fairly certain that this is a XIV issue, because all of my other connections are fine (PC Internet and Playstation Network.)
