PotD Necromancer Title question

This has probably been asked before, but I went through the first few pages on here and couldn't find anything...

Does anyone know if you can start from floor 51 when going for the necromancer title, or do you have to start from floor 1 to get the achievement? My guess is the latter, but I wanted to check to see if I was wrong and could save myself some grinding.

you have to start from floor 1 to get the achievement same with HoH,
when you do get Necromancer/Lone hero you can start at later floors if you want to do more runs.

And if I might add and you care only about the challenge, I'd suggest starting with HoH, since you only have 60-70 filler floors vs 160-170 for PotD. That's a lot less grinding (and in my case less chances at disconnecting).
