Recurring issue with "daily post limit reached" at 10 posts instead of 20

I have been noticing an intermittent issue with the forum saying I have reached my daily post limit when I have made 10 active posts within the last day rather than the usual limit of 20.

Sometimes it will happen when I already have up to 20 posts active, in which case I have to wait until the total goes down below 10 before I can post again.

The 20-post limit is frustratingly restrictive at the best of times, but this additional restriction happens without warning and can mean I am locked out of discussions for many hours.

It doesn't seem to be a character account issue as I have never switched away from using my main character with a level 80 main class.

I seem to always be stopped at 15.
I wish there were a clear counter that showed you how many you had left.
Especially when things get hoppin I wanna be able to ration them better.

The closest thing we've got is looking up our recent posts and counting them, or (if we've hit the limit already) when the next one will expire and let us add one more post to the discussion.

The whole system is bizarre though, with such a low daily limit overall. It really stifles discussion at peak times.

If nothing else, make it increase with our medal count or something.
