Voices Not Working

Hi,

I tried googling the problem, but no luck, so thought I'd try here.

The voice acting (VA) is not working, I don't recall when it happened in the last couple days/week - I know because I've seen YouTube videos of those same scenes and they do have VA. Most times it is completely silent, and very occasionally it's extremely faint & muffled.

* Voice volume is turned up to max.
* Nothing appears to be wrong with audio device; only Voices on FFXIV impacted.
* Drivers are up to date.
* Restarted FFXIV and computer multiple times over several days.

Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'. Lastly, when does this issue happen mainly in-game? Which exact cutscenes/scenarios?
