We don't know his exact "age". The implication based on the wording and visuals is that Elidibus was significantly younger/inexperienced compared to the rest of the Convocation. While his job was significant, the rest of the members viewed him as a protégé of sorts.

To add to this, there are actually two versions of "young man" in English. One version is literal, referring to a man who is young, in the context of defining a human male as an "adult", 18+ usually. The other term does refer to a child. This is probably why the term is confusing in English, as they aren't two distinct terms like in other languages. The same is true for the term young lady. Though it's easier to distinguish since most people say young woman when referring to an actual adult. The main distinction between the terms is being literal or being figurative.

On a different note, the little girls voice we hear sounds like it could be Anima, since it plays during that scene in the trailer. It doesn't really sound like Ryne. We've heard her voice get "high" at times and it wasn't the same. Not saying it couldn't be the same VA though, I mean just look at Y'shtola and Titania, lol

I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
