Disappointed in new release date.

I'm disappointed too. I understand their reasoning behind the delay and don't blame them.

Show me 1 game that come out bug/problem free after extra time.

Well, in my experience FFXIV did not have any major bugs during Stromblood and Shadowbringers releases. Most of the problems were caused by load on servers and some DDoS attacks.

Also, the devs did not say that the delay was because of a bug. They want to retouch some lore details as well as make sure that the servers can better handle the big number of players on release date. Since this is going to be their biggest expansion release yet.

Sound good enough for a 2-week delay.
