    Housing Lottery and FCs

    Something which was not clear in the Live Letter:

    How many lottery bids can a FC make to purchase or relo into the plot?

    If, every FC member with the appropriate permissions can do so, it seems it would disadvantage the FCs with fewer members.

    Would like some clarification on this.

    1 ticket per account but it never really did address how many accounts could purchase on behalf of a FC.

    This lottery system not just applied to older wards, it applied to any new ward release?

    It can be applied to old wards if they feel the need. The new wards will be a first come and lottery. Depending on how well the new restrtictions combat flipping we may very well see all wards go lottery.
