I disagree. Many taking days off and people like OP may not able to reschedule them.

Personally I took a week off so I could play more but with delay it will not collide with a surgery I will have on 3rd so it’s really unfortunate and disappointing but I don’t blame the team if they really need some more time.

And I can move my PTO with my type of work so it just a unfortunate timing.
