Charges don't let you use actions more often unless you just weren't using them to begin with. You still only get one use every (recast time) seconds.

Since the Devs have already said that they can't decide on how to advance on healers anymore, its very likely that we'll only receive Trait upgrades from 7.0 onwards.
An extra charge here, a CD reduction there, a animation upgrade to our skills with 10 whole potency to show for it.
We'll see a change to Assize someday, whether that's a 2nd charge remains to be seen and only assuming they don't remove it and give it back to us as a "new" skill like they've done in the past.
Yay! Can't wait for them to add another 10 potency to a skill (heavy /s)Since the Devs have already said that they can't decide on how to advance on healers anymore, its very likely that we'll only receive Trait upgrades from 7.0 onwards.

Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]
assize badly needs a 2nd charge, as it is right now you use assize on cd for the dmg the heal portion is irrelevant. With a 2nd charge you could always float 1 assize charge for a ogcd heal while using 1 charge as you do right now.
