At least one of those is your video card driver. So, I would start troubleshooting that.

Basics would be to make sure your drivers are up to date and check the windows Event Viewer (Just type that in, in the start menu) for errors.

If you don't see any errors in the event viewer, or if you do but don't know what they mean, I'd suggest contacting Nvidia support for further troubleshooting.

    Good luck.

Just abit of update, there a lot of error. 1 Critical & 55 error in 7 days. Abit concerning considering its a brand new pc not even 2 months old. I'm just gonna send back to the store and let 'em do some check up. Thx for all the insights Larirawiel & Risvertasashi.

Abit of update. the Technician found no fault after running multiple tests, overclock it, nothing happens. so i give them a go to format'ed my pc. After taking the pc back, i updated the drivers, re-install the game, switch off unused background apps in settings. Play the games, it still crashes, but less frequent. maybe got to do with the voltage since i'm using 49 inches TV 4k to play.
