The thing that burns me out when doing mount farming for EX mounts is how often the person that spent most of the fight dead on the floor because they could never be bothered doing mechanics rolls a 99 on the mount then leaves...

Another way to get your mount is waiting for next expansion's moogle tome events that just give you the mount straight.


At least a mount has totems to trade for, while farming for Triple Triad card is the true RNG cuz it may or may not drop during your farm, and there is no totem alternative.

Yeah, that's probably what I'll be doing. They should be starting the Shadowbringers mounts about halfway through Endwalker I think? I might join for anything that's easily clearable and farmable in the mean time but I'll mostly be playing the waiting game.

I did well over 300+ Zurvan runs in the day before pity buys ever existed. So 99 is a blessing, the 50 for Hades was because of how many transitions the fight had, on-top of annoying cut-scenes.
