    Lag Latency Issue in Lich(EU)

    Hello, I'm having a lag issue for the past two days, I thought it will go away or the server is too full, but the lag was still here, I did my own troubleshooting and there was no problem with my pc, internet connection. so I went a step further to test pining the IP address couple of times and it was 85ms but some packets are lost. so I did a traceroute and found out there is a high latency in the IP address before the last one (1384ms)

    I was wondering if you can solve this issue from your side or should I contact my ISP? (which I know they will do nothing about it)

    ps: I can type down the IP addresses if requested

    I have the exact same issue. Some lost packages and the previous to last IP is indicating 1200-1400ms latency.
    I'm playing on Cerberus and also tried different data centers and vpns, none of those could solve the problem.

    here are my details

    Platform (Steam/Windows/Mac): Windows
    Error message(s) received: I forgot to save the Error number, will post it when it happens again.
    Wired or Wireless connection: Wired
    Other programs being used when running FFXIV: Only Discord and anti-virus Bitdefender running during the game time
    When error occurs/How often: Mainly in Extreme Dungeons
    Techniques used to solve problem: so far I Trace Routed the IP address and on hop 19 (IP: 195.82.50.238) the ping is from 1200ms to 1400ms. so I don't know if this information may help you or not
