Suggestion: Allow players to delete ingame Support Desk history

For those that are unaware, when you report another player ingame, the game keeps a log history of all your reports and interactions with GMs in the ingame UI under "Support Desk > History". There is currently no option to delete/hide this history. I would like to suggest a change to this, and for players to be able to delete old or resolved issues from their ingame logs.

    Why this matters:

    1) Closure and peace of mind. Reporting a player involves writing up the offending players username, and a description of the event. While many may not mind, having an in-game record of such events can be bothersome to people simply wishing to move on. I am the kind of person that prefers to simply forget unpleasant interactions, and keeping a record of past misgivings kind of makes it hard to move on.

    2) Reduce UI Clutter. I like having a clean UI. I clear out old letters that Square Enix gives me in the delivery moogle. Having a bunch of old logs and conversations in an accessible part of my UI makes my OCD go crazy. The support desk function, if I am being frank, is kind of a mess....and could do with a rework altogether. But hey, let's start small with QoL.

Now, I understand that Square Enix probably wants to have a record of all reports and GM interactions, and I 100% agree they should. This is why I am not suggesting that Square removes the records in their entirety. But why not record them in under "account services" section of the website? Just leave it out of the game's UI interfaces. I've always felt it strange that reports and GM interactions were tied to an individual character, and not the actual service account. Think about it.

I can't imagine that this be a difficult update to implement either, and I can't for the life of me imagine why anyone would be against this. So yeah, there's my 2 cents.
