When Yoshi-P talked about small party high-end content my thought was doing something with dungeons. I started thinking that maybe they could take the trash out of dungeons and only have you fight the bosses in the dungeon like a gauntlet. All they would need to do it add a couple more mechanics to the bosses and scale them to savage/extreme level difficulty. Mythic plus won't work here but the gauntlets would be perfect for ffxiv. Add rewards based on completion time and have a vender that you can spend the currency. Just wanted to get an idea out there.
