It is really bugging me that I can not disable <flag>. I have been looking around for some time. Is it just not possible or is there like another button i could press instead of control+right click to make a marker/flag on the map?

Why is it a problem? What else are you using control+ right click for?
The issue is that it puts <flag> into chat. I like to use the marker/flag a lot so its getting annoying to have to delete chat each time i use it.I don't use Control+right click for anything else. Was just hoping there was another way to mark/flag map without putting <flag> into chat? What else are you using control+ right click for?
Just leave it? Next time you need to type something press slash [ / ] to clear the chat input and then use the slash to start your next command.

Or don't have your text cursor sitting in the chat window when you are going to flag something. You can click anywhere on the background of your screen and your text cursor isn't in the typing field anymore.

You can also use waymarks to mark things on the map without it adding anything to the chat box.
May Hydaelyn stand between you and harm in all the dark places you must walk.
There's a /keybind that opens the waymark window. You can drop waymarks on the ground from there, and they will display on the map. However, you can only drop waymarks within your visible range, so this is only useful for limited applications, like marking the three pairs of related gathering nodes so you can quickly spot the next pair in the cycle when gathering a lot of one item.
