How do you actually report someone?

I keep hearing about 'new policy this new policy that'.

I've never had a bad experience playing this game yet, but everyone seems up in arms about the policy changes.

I'm lvl 60, so maybe people are meaner at lvl cap, but everyone's been super kind to me.

But I don't actually understand how reporting works. I clicked on someones name to see what the report function looks like, and all it says is 'report for RMT'.

Google tells me this is real money transaction.

So how are people actually reporting each other?

The way you actually report someone is kinda hidden, for example you go on over to your system menu and hit 'Support Desk':

Then you'll go on over to 'Contact Us' and you'll be met with a menu like this

And not to derail your thread, but they didnt really change the policy all that much. They changed and clarified what was allowed in party finder listings(no run selling, no putting your listing in the wrong category to attract attention). That was it. The rest of it was just them giving examples of what has always been considered harassment, and what is allowed.
