How to unlock The Whorleater Extreme?

Hi all, newish player here, been playing for 2 months.

I am trying to complete the wondrous tails (for the first time ever) but I have not unlocked all the content. I have googled how to unlock the whorleater extreme (I have the hard version already in my roueltte). I did the MSQs, and I checked if I can pick up the quest "a whorl of time" in Western Thanalan but I do not have it available. Can someone help me?

My feedback: I do not like this system of having to do certain quests to unlock dungeons, just not for me, especially since there is no straightforward way of knowing what I need to do to unlock them. It would be very helpful if, perhaps, there was some sort of a checklist in game, which lists all the dungeons, raids, trials one can unlock, with a list of requirements written down.

First of all, part of games IS to explore the world. This straight rundown from questsymbol to questsymbol is actually boring.

Second, you´ve to talk to Urianger in the hideout multiple times and need to beat one after the other EX primal.

I think this is where Sunny is directing you. Sunny sucks with directions. Its just... Urianger at the hideout. lol.
